ART8.1: IF A COPY IS RATED AS "NOT APPROVED", THE OWNER MAY HAVE TO RE-DOS. THEY MAY BE MADE BY THE SAME JUDGE (to the applicant) OR OTHER TO APPOINT THE SUB-FUNCTION.
ART 8.2: IF A COPY IS APPROVED WITH A RATING LESS THAN 9 (NINE) POINTS, THE OWNER MAY ONLY REQUEST A REASSESSMENT.
